- Each team is given challenges they have to achieve

Fastrack Team Building V8 Super Challenge Format
lding for corporate groups. If your company is looking for a day with many challenges in a very new environment for your staff and showing the importance of ‘team’ work, then this is a great way to start.
The objective of the day is to incorporate team-work and new challenges in a newenvironment. All participants are in one of four teams. All have instruction andlearn new driving skills, and all have challenges to face within the team environment.
Challenges include
- Learning driving skills and driving a V8 6 speed manual supercar around a circuit
- Timing other members of their team
- Driver changes – assisting each other in and out of the car, addressing all safety issues
- Pit stops – which entails cleaning the windscreen of their team’s car
- Working out a strategy to enable their team to win the “Team Challenge
Event” which is held prior to the completion of the day.
Challenge event
- Each team completes 20 laps
- Each team member must complete at lease one lap each
- All teams must complete a compulsory pit stop between specific laps
- Any unsafe driving will receive a stop/go penalty
- All drivers must be timed on each of the 20 laps
Duties of each team
- Determine who drives how many laps
- Decide who does the timing and when
- Decide who cleans the windscreen during the pit stop
- Determine what the team will do if it receives a stop/go penalty
Each team is responsible for setting up their own pit area and ensuring all necessary items are in place and ready for use.
The first team to successfully complete all challenges and 20 laps will be deemed the winning team.
